It is what it is an RV storage lot. Spaces are tight but not had an issue navigating the lot with our 42 foot fifth wheel. I will say that usually we can’t open our door fully nor lower our steps due to the lack of space between slots.

I have stored my RV here for nearly a year. I have always been very happy with the service, cleanliness and security of this facility. I am currently moving out 280 from Hoover and thought I might look for a closer facility. After looking at 5 places I came to realize that my RV was in the best location I have found in Birmingham area. I will leave it where it is as there is not a better place that would give me the peace of mind and security. It’s just an awesome place!

Love this storage facility. Staff easy to work with. Lot is clean. Keypad gated entry with 24/7 access. Maneuvering RV into storage spot is easy. Not overcrowded.

In 2013 we began storing our own personal RV in our lot. Once our friends from church got word that we had space available they asked if they could store their RVs and boats with us as well. Seeing that our community had a need for safe, secure & convenient storage in Pelham, we began developing the site and Pelham RV & Boat Storage was born.
Whether you have a large Class A or 5th Wheel, a small pull-behind trailer or the family boat, we have a space for you. With spots on concrete, gravel, covered or uncovered we have something that can fit your storage needs.
We still store our personal RV and work out of our on-site office every day. We are constantly reinvesting back into our facility to make sure our facility meets the high standards of our customers.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is the storage lot gated?
Yes with automatic gates at the entrance and exit and everyone has their own personal gate code.
Are there security cameras?
Yes, over 30 of them.
Is the storage lot lighted?
Yes we have good perimeter lighting around the lot.
Any additional security measures I should know?
The police department is located just down the street and often uses our parking lot to monitor traffic coming past our business.
